Our services

MSVS VENTURES PRIVATE LIMITED provides rental property services: help for tenants (onboarding, inspections, maintenance and daily services such as parking, housekeeping and facility day passes), listing and management services for landlords and agents, and a platform for corporate leasing and facility-management companies.

Each service page describes what is included. Services are carried out at the property address you give at checkout.

Prices, offers and promo codes

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include all charges shown at checkout. The amount on the payment screen is the amount you pay.

Only one promotion applies per order — the best service offer or your promo code, whichever saves more. Offers can change or end at any time.

Rent wallet credits

Rent wallet credits are a prepaid balance for services on this website. You can buy any whole-rupee amount from ₹100 to ₹10,000. Credits are valid for 365 days from purchase.

Your wallet token is shown on screen right after the payment is confirmed. Copy it or save it as a file and keep it private — anyone with the code can spend the balance.

Bigger top-ups get bonus credit (₹500+ → 3%, ₹2,000+ → 5%, ₹5,000+ → 8%, up to ₹500). When you pay with credits you get an extra 5% off the order (up to ₹50).

Bonus credit and credit discounts are promotional and not refundable; a refund covers only the unused amount you actually paid. Credits can be used only on this website.

Credits cannot be used to pay monthly rent to a landlord, transferred to a bank account or withdrawn as cash.

Corporate leasing & facility-management companies

Companies that join the platform can order and pay for services for their own properties. Onboarding packages and plans are priced as shown on the Corporate page.

Payment

Payments are made by UPI QR. An order or credit token is confirmed only after the payment is confirmed by the bank.
