Refund / Cancellation Policy

Cancelling a service order

You can cancel a service order before the visit or service starts by calling us with your Order ID. Paid amounts for cancelled orders are refunded to the original UPI account within 7 working days.

Services that have already been delivered (for example a completed inspection or a used day pass) cannot be refunded.

Rescheduling

You can ask to move a scheduled visit to another date at no extra cost, subject to availability.

Orders paid with rent wallet credits

If an order paid with credits is cancelled, the credits used are returned to your wallet token. Any part paid by UPI is refunded to the original UPI account.

Rent wallet credits

Unused credits can be refunded on request within 365 days of purchase, to the UPI account that paid for them.

Bonus credit and credit discounts are promotional and not refundable; a refund covers only the unused amount you actually paid. Credits can be used only on this website.

Credits are not cash: they cannot be used to pay rent to a landlord, transferred to a bank account or withdrawn. Expired credits cannot be refunded.

Failed or duplicate payments

If money was debited but the payment failed, or you were charged twice, it is refunded to the original account. Contact us with your Order ID and UPI reference.
